RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

At risherjewelry.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your jewelry item, you may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

 

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or personalized jewelry

Engraved items

Resized rings or modified jewelry

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@risherjewelry.com.

Include:

Order number

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time may take 5–10 business days

If a return does not meet the requirements, it may be returned to the customer.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
