Richard Sherman - Creator and Chief Design Engineer at RISHER Jewelry. 

Richard combines his experience and expertise to produce these unique, never-before-seen jewelry products. He has traveled extensively all around the world, including Europe, Africa, Asia, as well as the United States, observing different societies, customs, cultures and religions. 

During these travels, he made special note of the people's practices, styles and dress and is now putting this valuable experience into practice to produce incredible new jewelry designs for discerning and fashion-conscious ladies.

​His study of historical records revealed that there is a very long history of ear piercing, dating back to the Egyptian civilization of over

3,000 years ago. Even earlier evidence was proven with the discovery of a frozen body high in the Austrian Alps subsequently named Otsy, the Iceman. Otsy had pierced ears and lived around 5,000 years ago.

Much consideration and effort has gone into the design and development of these magnificent, unique, high-quality jewelry pieces, all for the pleasure and fashion-forward desires of our clients.
